Im 57 years old, Im very happily married 31 years with 2 kids, 26 and 28 years old. Born and raised in southern CA. I have primarily invested in index funds, but have done several land deals, and invested in a mobile home park, condo complex and an industrial building.
I work as a physical therapist and I have a side business with my wife and two brothers buying and selling land around the country.
I love spending time with family, surfing, mountain biking and traveling.
Im looking to meet like minded people, and join one or more tribes and invest with a Roth conversion. Im thinking multifamily, self storage, industrial and mobile home parks but Im open to suggestions. I have also been hearing more about the energy sector and am considering this too. Looking forward to meeting some amazing people and forming some lifelong friendships while working towards financial independence.
