Accountable Equity has become a boutique private equity company known for being re-developers of resort properties. We transform properties into high performing resorts that many of the LFI investors have had the pleasure of investing in. Our contract sales model allows us to have a predictability of future revenue that is unique to us and allows us to scale. The Collateralized Debt Fund I or CDF I for short is an extension to our commitment to driving high revenue for our investors.
